Is Your Order Personalized?
Orders that involve personalization or customization (basically, any order where you enter a monogram letter, your names or dates — and this includes customized labels or favor tags), will need about two weeks to process. Please add shipping time to this time frame, which typically involves an additional three to six business days via UPS ground.

No Personalization?
These orders head out the door within four to five business days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays!) Please remember: shipping via UPS ground typically takes another three to six business days after they ship.

DOES 'TWO-DAY AIR' MEAN I GET MY ORDER IN TWO DAYS?

No, it does not! We still require processing time for your order. If you have a tight deadline, you can email us or leave a message when placing an order, but we will still require processing time to get your order out the door. Two-day air means your order spends no longer than two days in transit, instead of up to six days for UPS Ground.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY (INTERNATIONAL) LOCATION?

Some of our items ship to the US, Canada and some International locations; others we can only ship to the US. If you live in Canada, the UK or another non-US destination, please contact us at info@favorideas.com or through our Contact Form about a specific item to confirm whether we can deliver it to you. If so, we'll send a custom invoice payable with any credit card through PayPal.

In cases where we CANNOT ship an item directly overseas (but please ask us first!), there are alternatives. Some customers have asked a stateside friend to take delivery on the package, and forward it to them. Other customers have used mail forwarding services, which allow you to buy a variety of items using the cheaper US dollar and forward them all at once to your overseas location.

Please be aware that your own country may levy taxes, brokerage fees and other import fees on items purchased from the US. We cannot know these fees ahead of time or be responsible for them. Any such fees will be payable when you retrieve your package from your local postal service or UPS.
